Artikel ini bertujuan mensintesis secara statistik atau mengulas secara sistematik isu-isu semasa tentang keberkesanan kelas berbalik (flipped classroom) terhadap pelajar dengan mengkaji semula trend 27 kajian emperikal dari tahun 2015 hingga 2021. Meta-analisis dijalankan dengan pengumpulan data daripada pangkalan data seperti Google Scholar, ERIC (Education Resources Information Centre) dan Science Direct. Maklumat yang berkaitan dengan tajuk diperolehi menerusi enjin carian dalam talian dengan menggunakan kata kunci seperti flipped classroom, kelas berbalik, flipped learning, effectiveness, pembelajaran dan pemudahcaraan. Antara perkara utama yang diberi fokus dalam kajian ini ialah mengenal pasti keberkesanan flipped classroom dalam proses pembelajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc) dari segi aspek pengetahuan, kemahiran, sikap, pencapaian akademik dan penglibatan pelajar. Hasil dapatan kajian-kajian lepas yang dianalisis secara sistematik menerusi meta-analisis ini menunjukkan penggunaan flipped classroom secara menyeluruh memberi impak atau kesan yang positif kepada pelajar dan fasilitator.
