Publishing Rights

Authors maintain unrestricted rights to publish and distribute their work. By submitting to ASPEN, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the article and to identify the Association for Researcher of Skills & Vocational Training(ARSVOT) as the original publisher.
