Kemahiran Interpersonal dan Kepimpinan Berkesan: Analisis Kompetensi Pendidikan dalam Pengurusan Sekolah

Kepimpinan dan kemahiran interpersonal merupakan elemen penting dalam pengurusan pendidikan yang berkesan. Kertas konsep ini membincangkan aspek kompetensi kepimpinan dalam kalangan pemimpin sekolah dengan memberi tumpuan kepada pembangunan kemahiran interpersonal dan pengurusan organisasi pendidikan. Perbincangan merangkumi analisis literatur sedia ada mengenai keberkesanan konsep kepimpinan dan kemahiran interpersonal dalam kalangan pemimpin sekolah, dengan memberi fokus kepada manfaat, isu semasa serta cabaran yang dihadapi dalam bidang pendidikan. Pada masa yang sama, aplikasi kaedah TLAN telah dikenalpasti sebagai pendekatan sistematik dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepimpinan dan strategi kepada pemimpin bagi memperkukuhkan pengurusan organisasi. Perbincangan merangkumi analisis literatur sedia ada mengenai keberkesanan konsep kepimpinan dan kemahiran interpersonal dalam kalangan pemimpin sekolah, dengan memberi Rangka kerja teoretikal yang dicadangkan adalah berdasarkan Teori Kepimpinan Transformasional oleh James MacGregor Burns untuk membimbing pemahaman tentang kompetensi kepimpinan dalam aspek pemikiran strategik, ciri-ciri kepemimpinan, tindakan pengurusan, dan jaringan sosial. Secara khususnya, kertas konsep ini menganalisis aspek peningkatan prestasi organisasi dan pemantapan kualiti kepimpinan di sekolah melalui pembangunan kompetensi pemimpin. Hasil perbincangan ini diharap dapat menyumbang kepada pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang kepentingan kompetensi kepimpinan dalam pengurusan pendidikan dan pembangunan strategi yang berkesan untuk mencapai kecemerlangan organisasi pendidikan.
