A PRISMA-driven systematic review of 43 peer-reviewed papers was conducted to examine the link between EE and CE and how higher education institutions (HEIs) can effectively prepare graduates for entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship careers. The findings reveal that EE has a supportive and enabling relationship with CE. At the same time, the entrepreneurial background of senior executives is important for overall business intent and performance in a supportive learning environment. The study identifies five key approaches to enhance EE programs: (1) creating an industry-focused supportive curriculum, (2) integrating experiential learning, (3) encouraging industry collaboration, (4) deploying technical tools (5) emphasising EE trainers’ skill competencies development. By implementing these strategies, EE programs can equip graduates with the entrepreneurial mindset and skillset needed to improve their employability and drive innovation in corporate settings, ultimately enhancing business adaptability and competitiveness. The study contributes to the entrepreneurship education field by offering a path for adapting EE to prepare entrepreneurial graduates to drive business growth and personal entrepreneurship careers. The study's novelty lies in stressing the underexplored relationship between EE and CE, focusing on how EE can foster intrapreneurship and traditional entrepreneurship. The focus on HEIs to better align EE with the practical needs of corporations is a valuable contribution, especially in an era where businesses require innovative and ready-made corporate graduates due to the availability of limited resources.
Morufu Oladimeji Shokunbi, Nurudeen Babatunde Bamiro, Ifeoluwa Sarah Oladayo-Ibrahim Copyright (c) 2025 Morufu Oladimeji Shokunbi, Nurudeen Babatunde Bamiro, Ifeoluwa Sarah Oladayo-Ibrahim https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/649 Tue, 20 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Insights into Art Education Practices in Shandong Museum: Implications from a Qualitative Study of Teachers and Museum Staff https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/650
This study explores the current practices, challenges, and strategic improvements of art education in Shandong Museum through semi-structured interviews with primary school art teachers and museum educators. Using NVivo-based thematic coding, the findings reveal a dominant reliance on traditional lecture-based methods, leading to limited interaction and student engagement. Educators reported that these methods often fail to capture students’ interest or support deeper learning. In contrast, three effective strategies—gamification, multimedia interaction, and hands-on practice—emerged as key to enhancing participation, motivation, and learning outcomes. These strategies were supported by practical examples from both teachers and museum staff, reflecting a shared recognition of the need for more engaging, student-centered teaching approaches. The study concludes that these findings provide practical foundations for developing a learner-centered Fun Learning Model in museum art education, with implications for program design, instructional methods, and cross-institutional collaboration.
Li Yongyan, Tajul Shuhaizam Said Copyright (c) 2025 Li Yongyan, Tajul Shuhaizam Said https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/650 Mon, 26 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Psychological Capital and Adaptive Performance Among E-Commerce Employees: An Analytical Review https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/651
In today’s dynamic digital marketplace, e-commerce companies require employees who can rapidly adapt to change. In conclusion, the study underscores PsyCap as a key lever for boosting adaptive performance, offering e-commerce companies a pathway to greater employee adaptability and sustained competitive advantage.
Zhou Yuzi, Zuraidah Zainol, Shi Ailing Copyright (c) 2025 Zhou Yuzi, Zuraidah Zainol, Shi Ailing https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/651 Wed, 28 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Relationship Between Talent Management Practices and Employee Well-Being: A Case Study of Emirates Airlines https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/668
Talent management has become a crucial strategic component for organizational operations in competitive industries such as airlines. The absence of effective talent management can negatively impact employee well-being, which in turn affects service quality. Moreover, the growing scarcity of skilled professionals presents a significant challenge for medium and large companies, leading to a shortage of qualified candidates. This study focuses on the link between Emirates Airlines' employee happiness and talent management. 450 workers at the airline's headquarters were questioned using a standardized questionnaire as part of a quantitative methodology. A basic random sampling procedure was utilized to ensure objective data collection. SPSS software was used to analyze the data and determine the hypothesized correlations. The findings indicate that talent management significantly influences employee happiness, highlighting the importance of strategic Human Resource practices in fostering a motivated workforce. This study expands the theoretical understanding of talent management by exploring its direct impact on employee well-being, an area that remains underexplored in the airline industry. Additionally, the findings provide practical implications for airline companies, emphasizing the critical role of HR managers in attracting, developing, and retaining talents to ensure both employee satisfaction and organizational success.
Sultan Rashed Sultan Jasmoh,, Nadratun Nafisah Abdul Wahab, Ahmad Amri Zainal Adnan Copyright (c) 2025 Sultan Rashed Sultan Jasmoh,, Nadratun Nafisah Abdul Wahab, Ahmad Amri Zainal Adnan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/668 Sun, 01 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000
