https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/649

This literature review re-examines how entrepreneurship education (EE) can be fitted to corporate entrepreneurship (CE) and industry needs. A PRISMA-driven systematic review of 43 peer-reviewed papers was conducted to examine the link between EE and CE and how higher education institutions (HEIs) can effectively prepare graduates for entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship careers. The findings reveal that EE has a supportive and enabling relationship with CE. At the same time, the entrepreneurial background of senior executives is important for overall business intent and performance in a supportive learning environment. The study identifies five key approaches to enhance EE programs: (1) creating an industry-focused supportive curriculum, (2) integrating experiential learning, (3) encouraging industry collaboration, (4) deploying technical tools (5) emphasising EE trainers’ skill competencies development. By implementing these strategies, EE programs can equip graduates with the entrepreneurial mindset and skillset needed to improve their employability and drive innovation in corporate settings, ultimately enhancing business adaptability and competitiveness. The study contributes to the entrepreneurship education field by offering a path for adapting EE to prepare entrepreneurial graduates to drive business growth and personal entrepreneurship careers. The study's novelty lies in stressing the underexplored relationship between EE and CE, focusing on how EE can foster intrapreneurship and traditional entrepreneurship. The focus on HEIs to better align EE with the practical needs of corporations is a valuable contribution, especially in an era where businesses require innovative and ready-made corporate graduates due to the availability of limited resources.
Morufu Oladimeji ShokunbiNurudeen Babatunde BamiroIfeoluwa Sarah Oladayo-Ibrahim

https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/650

This study explores the current practices, challenges, and strategic improvements of art education in Shandong Museum through semi-structured interviews with primary school art teachers and museum educators. Using NVivo-based thematic coding, the findings reveal a dominant reliance on traditional lecture-based methods, leading to limited interaction and student engagement. Educators reported that these methods often fail to capture students’ interest or support deeper learning. In contrast, three effective strategies—gamification, multimedia interaction, and hands-on practice—emerged as key to enhancing participation, motivation, and learning outcomes. These strategies were supported by practical examples from both teachers and museum staff, reflecting a shared recognition of the need for more engaging, student-centered teaching approaches. The study concludes that these findings provide practical foundations for developing a learner-centered Fun Learning Model in museum art education, with implications for program design, instructional methods, and cross-institutional collaboration.
Li YongyanTajul Shuhaizam Said

https://journalarsvot.com/index.php/anp-jssh/article/view/685

The internationalization of higher education is rapidly growing worldwide, with China emerging as the top destination for studying abroad in Asia. The growing global interest in Chinese medicine has made it essential for China to educate foreign students in this field as part of its internationalization efforts in education. Since the 1950s, when Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) universities first began admitting international students, there has been a notable rise in those specializing in TCM, underscoring the need for effective educational strategies. Despite these advancements, challenges persist, particularly in the area of cross-cultural adaptation. As international student enrollment rises at JXUCM, addressing the challenges they face in adapting to different cultures is essential. This study examines the cross-cultural adjustment of international students at JXUCM, employing cross-cultural adjustment theory as its foundational framework. It highlights the roles of online social support and cross-cultural identity factors in their adjustment process. Quantitative data were collected from 421 international students at JXUCM through random sampling. The findings from multiple regression analysis reveal that both online social support (including information, emotional, instrumental, and companionship support) and cross-cultural identity (comprising language, cultural, ethnic identity, and value recognition) positively influence cross-cultural adaptation. Notably, cross-cultural identity emerges as a more significant predictor of adaptation than online social support, emphasizing its crucial role for international students.
Liu ZhuRidzuan HussinMuhamad Firdaus Ramli
