Development Strategies for the Kaifeng Street Culture Brand: A Case Study of the Drum Tower Night Market

Kaifeng, as an ancient city with a rich cultural heritage, is home to unique street culture that reflects the daily lives of common people. This culture encompasses various aspects, including folk arts, traditional crafts, local cuisine, street performances, colloquialisms, and market trade. With the rise of the "night economy," Kaifeng's night markets, particularly the Drum Tower Night Market, provide an excellent opportunity to develop a cultural brand that combines the city's historical charm with modern consumer demands. This research explores the current state of Kaifeng's street culture, focusing on the Drum Tower Night Market as a case study. Through field research, market analysis, and the use of SPSS and AHP data analysis methods, this study identifies issues such as weak brand identity, underdeveloped cultural elements, insufficient interactive experiences, and limited promotional channels. Based on these findings, the paper proposes strategies to enhance the market's brand identity by reinforcing its cultural depth, improving interactive experiences, innovating marketing strategies, and expanding its brand influence both online and offline. These strategies aim to elevate Kaifeng's cultural tourism industry, enhance the city's competitiveness, and contribute to the preservation and revitalization of traditional street culture.

Family Support as a Buffer Against Job Burnout: Unpacking the Mediating Effect of Psychological Safety among Private University Administrators in China

This research examines the role of family support in alleviating job burnout among private university administrators in China, with a focus on psychological safety as a mediating mechanism. Grounded in the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model and Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, the research suggests that family support, as an external resource, interacts with job demands to reduce burnout through psychological safety. Survey data from 200 administrators revealed no direct relationship between family support and burnout. However, psychological safety fully mediated this link: family support enhanced perceptions of psychological safety, which subsequently reduced burnout. The findings highlight the importance of institutionalizing family support systems and fostering psychologically safe work environments to mitigate burnout. The valuable insights for university management in designing interventions to improve administrator well-being and job performance are also offered in this research.

Kajian Pengurusan Aset Di Perniagaan Dobi Cuci Suci

Kajian ini meneliti amalan pengurusan aset tetap dalam konteks perniagaan mikro melalui kajian kes di Dobi Cuci Suci, sebuah perniagaan milikan tunggal dalam sektor perkhidmatan dobi. Berdasarkan kerangka Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS 116), aset tetap seperti hartanah, loji dan peralatan (PPE) memerlukan perekodan dan penyusutan yang sistematik bagi menjamin ketelusan laporan kewangan dan keberkesanan operasi. Walau bagaimanapun, dapatan menunjukkan bahawa pemilik perniagaan masih berhadapan dengan isu utama termasuk ketiadaan jadual daftar aset, tiada pengiraan susut nilai dan nilai buku bersih, serta kekurangan dalam sistem pemfailan dokumen aset. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kaedah temu bual dan pemerhatian secara langsung untuk menilai keadaan sebenar pengurusan aset di premis perniagaan. Hasil kajian mendapati bahawa walaupun semua aset berfungsi dengan baik, pengurusan aset yang tidak sistematik memberi kesan terhadap keupayaan membuat keputusan pelaburan, perancangan penyelenggaraan dan penyediaan laporan kewangan yang tepat. Sebagai respon kepada isu tersebut, kajian ini mencadangkan penggunaan perisian perakaunan digital seperti Manager.io sebagai alat untuk memperkemas pengurusan aset tetap. Perisian ini menawarkan fungsi daftar aset, pengiraan susut nilai secara automatik melalui kaedah garis lurus, serta integrasi laporan kewangan yang komprehensif. Implikasi kajian menunjukkan bahawa pendekatan ini bukan sahaja dapat meningkatkan kecekapan pengurusan aset, malah memperkukuh kebolehpercayaan laporan kewangan serta daya saing perniagaan kecil dan sederhana (PKS) dalam ekosistem digital masa kini.
